Perm (Perm Krai, Russia) is served by the Perm International Airport named Bolshoye Savino (in Russian: Международный аэропорт Пермь Большое Савино). The airport (IATA: PEE, ICAO: USPP) is located near the village of Bolshoye Savino and at a distance of 16 km (9.9 mi) southwest of Perm. It is the only airport in Perm Krai with scheduled commercial flights. Perm is connected by regular flights with Moscow (airports Domodedovo, Vnukovo, Sheremetyevo, 1300 km, 2 hours), St. Petersburg (airport Pulkovo, 1500 km, 2 h 20 m), Yekaterinburg (350 km, 1 h), Kazan (500 km, 1 h), Novosibirsk (1700 km, 2 h 40 m), Samara (660 km, 1 h 20 m), Sochi (2000 km, 3 h 30 m) and other cities of Russia.
From 7-00 to 23-00 you can take bus 42 from the airport to the main bus station in the center of Perm. In the daytime, there are minibus services. Taxis of Uber, Yandex and various local firms operate around the clock. Parking places are near the airport building.
Perm is an important railway junction on the Trans-Siberian Railway with lines radiating to Central Russia, the north part of the Urals, and the Far East of Russia. Perm has two big railway stations: historical Perm I (in Russian: Пермь I) and modern Perm II (in Russian: Пермь II). Perm is connected by regular train routes with Moscow (21 h), St. Petersburg (29 h), Kazan (15 h), Nizhny Novgorod (15 h), Novosibirsk (24 h), Yekaterinburg (6 h) and other cities of Russia. PSU Campus is located near Perm II (500 m).
